I replaced hardware and my key stopped working. I contacted chat support and ISRAT was able to help me and provide a new key. No complains, fast and efficient service

Ordered a product key for Windows 11 Home, and the key didn't work. All forms of contact, including email and online chat, have been cut off, and no way to contact customer service for help. Complete scam!!!!!

Similar to to other experience, initial keys failed but Israt was able to fully support me during this experience.

At first got not-working key, but after a short chat with Sid on webpage chat, it got sorted out.

Received a bad Win 11 pro key but got on chat with support and Lamia got me sorted quickly.
