Diamond LighthouseReviews of diamondlighthouse.com

I had a really good experience with Diamond Lighthouse. I explored several options, both online and locally. I spoke with 3 online representatives, including one from Diamond Lighthouse. One was nice, but gave me a lower quote. Worthy.com gets excellent reviews, but I found their rep to be extremely salsey and I didn't like that at all. They were also not up front with their fees. The rep didn't mention anything about a commission or fees at all. The local person I spoke with was very dismissive about my ring, which was a nice ring that I loved and really didn't want to sell. He downplayed the quality and made it very clear that the ring would be dismantled and basically thrown out for the main diamond. I left the meeting in tears! Diamond Lighthouse was kind, efficient, and very responsive on email. They got me a great price ($1500 over what the local guy quoted, even though he tried to tell me that online vendors were basically lying when they quoted higher) I would definitely recommend them!

I had an amazing experience selling my piece of diamond jewelry with Diamond Lighthouse. Sky helped answer any questions I had and helped me out throughout the entire process. Excellent customer service and outcome!

It was a hard decision to sell my diamond ring, Diamond Lighthouse was great to work with. There was not pressure. Everything was secure and I felt confident about the process. I explored selling my ring locally but it was overwhelming. Diamond Lighthouse made everything easy.

The total experience with Diamond Lighthouse was exceptional. We had a diamond under an estate that we had to sell. The process was quick and easy. The website was easy to use and very helpful. Defiantly 5 Stars..

I had a great experience selling my diamonds on Diamond Lighthouse. The customer service was very helpful regarding the sell of my diamonds. I felt as if I received the right price for each diamond.

When I decided to finally cash in on a stash of jewelry pieces I had no use for, I contacted several online services but decided to go with Diamond Lighthouse. I am glad I did. In a matter of days they presented me with 3 offers, the last of which which I felt was the best I could get, and I accepted. I even asked back for one piece which I didn't feel ready to part with, and they returned it promptly. One day after accepting the offer I received payment into my bank account. I would use Diamond Lighthouse any time I feel ready to convert a diamond into cash. Thank you Braha for walking me through this process update by update!
