This was my first time using them, Had no issues except delivery seemed to take forever to get here. In fact I got my first survey on how they did before my test strips even arrived! But overall it was fine. If delivery had been quicker I would have given 5 stars.

Many products appear to be the same. When you order the wrong item, you end up paying for it! Roche in the mean time sells many products that look very similar. Be careful. Midwest USA

I did not receive the option to register for an acct at ordering so when I requested a copy of my purchase order for Rx reimbursement by my employer I could not be helped. They did not include one in the shopping package either. Also, after i set up an account three website would NOT direct me over. Just kept kicking me out despite having entered correct email and password.
