They tell me when it should arrive. Then they send me an e-mail with tracking number. It arrives and I am a happy camper. Very pleasant staff.

I am rating you a 5 star, but I haven’t received my shipment yet. I had ordered some from another company being mailed via USPS and I still haven’t received them 15 days later and still waiting.
