Hello, Thank you for sharing your honest feedback with us. We completely understand your frustration; not having access to promotional Free Plays alongside a lack of winnings makes the experience feel unrewarding, and nobody wants to feel like their time isn't valued. Please remember that every single game round operates independently with completely randomized outcomes. However, we also hear your concerns about promotional rewards and drop structures across our games. If you would like to check your account status, review available options, or learn more about the redemption process, please reach out directly to our official support team with your account details. We are always here to help clarify how everything works. Enjoy!
