I purchased a DCPR320B 20v hand pruner that aparently broke yesterday. Blade would only slightly move and not cut. Contacted customer support and discovered there was not a nearby repair center. So, I would have to use online repair where I could be charged $61 for a repair plus return shipping. Very disappointed that Dewalt warranty/repair service has become so bad.

I bought a Dewalt trimmer from SGS Engineering, but it was faulty (keeps stopping/starting). SGS "repaired" it but sent it back unfixed. When I followed up, they refused to help and told me to contact Dewalt. Dewalt's rejects my warranty claim because SGS’s invoice lacked details (payment confirmation, product detail etc.). I am providing actual invoice from SGS. Here is Dewalt's answer: We are unable to contact the retailer directly on your behalf. Once you are able to provide the invoice, we will be happy to proceed with processing your warranty claim.

Klantenservice zit er niet in bij dit bedrijf. Het enige wat Jenske kan bedenken is een andere browser proberen. Voor de rest kan ze niks voor je betekenen om de 3 jaar garantie op apparatuur te krijgen waar je recht op hebt. Ook weet Jenske niet dat ze voor de Walt werkt #1taak.

I bought some Dewalt. eighteen gauge two inch nails. I get all the way home and find out that Dewalt makes their nails specifically for Dewalt by making them 51 millileaders, instead of 50 like Everybody else. So Dewalt is a garbage company and I will never buy another dewalt product. Oh yeah, there are number 2 screw bits are garbage.Also they hardly fit any screws

Horrible service support. Cordless mini chain saw does not work properly. Tried 800 call in multiple times. Could not get to an agent. Call back service never called back. I’m stuck with a useless tool.

My DeWalt lawnmower which I purchased 3 yrs ago. I also purchased the 3yr extended warranty. I had the drive to go handle snap off on the right side. That began my endeavor to have the extended warranty to cover this. After severa months of unanswered phone calls and emails, finally heard in a human voice. Said I would receive an email within 48 hrs. It would tell me where to have it repaired. I was to pay for the repair and then be reimbursed. Never received that email. Now can't get anyone to answer my calls. Also I now have the AH 10 battery that will not take a charge. I would advise anyone to be cautious of buying this product. As far as the extended warranty that also is a waste. I've been back to Home Depot and they were offering no help at all. I purchased this mower because of the DeWalt name. It's not the quality that DeWalt has been .Things have changed. There are a lot of tool mfg out there. So long DeWalt.

Ich habe bei der GRATIS POWER AKKU Aktion teilgenommen und Dewalt Geräte für über 300,- gekauft. Die Registrierung war laut FAQ bis 03.05.2025 möglich. Dewalt hat die Aktion vorzeitig beendet ohne zu informieren und den Link zur Registrierung gelöscht. Belege wurden fristgerecht per Mail eingereicht und Dewalt lehnt die Lieferung des Gratis Akkus ab. Ersatzweise andere Akkus liefern hat Dewalt auch abgelehnt. Zur Qualität kann ich nichts sagen, werde jetzt die Geräte alle wieder Verkaufen, da ich ohne AKKU nichts damit anfangen. Ich finde die Firma HÖCHSTGRADIG UNSERIÖS und kann sie daher nicht empfehlen !!!
