Love the resort can't wait to go back or visit another location.

Was great and they were very helpful with the planning.

Not sure if she still works there, but do not use Jennifer Maynard. My guests had to repeatedly call/email her in order to get responses and she was horrible at providing information in a timely or thorough manner. I had to stay on her and follow-up with her in order to try and get correct information. I wouldn't recommend using DestinationWeddings.com if the travel agents/specialists are all like Jennifer.

My Wife & me were pleasantly shocked & surprised @ how well we were treated & everything that was included! We bought the Rock Royalty package & were literally treated like Royalty! We had our own personal assistant to help with all of our needs. The wedding included a complimentary breakfast & dinner. We missed the complimentary breakfast due to all of the excursions we had planned. We had probably the best time we've ever had & Colleen was AWESOME & EXTREMELY HELPFUL! They planned almost everything (with our input of course). We had a few meetings to discuss how we wanted everything & then on the big day we only had to show up. I would recommend Destination Weddings to ANYONE looking to get married while allowing someone else to do most of the planning. & A BIG SHOUT OUT to COLLEEN SHEPPARD for all of her help! If anyone uses her PLEASE tell her Rachel & Wes said HEY & THANKS AGAIN FOR EVERYTHING!!! 😍

I had a tripped booked and paid at least $1400 on it. I also had travel insurance. I canceled the trip in March of 2020 due to COVID-19. I have yet to receive my refund. Coordinator/Travel Agent was Michelle Williams.

I do not even know where to begin. After our first conversation, with Christine I thanked God for leading me to her because she has played such a big role in our destination wedding. She was so patient, forthcoming, honest, and backed up everything she said. It took no time to see that Christine really care about her brides and want to be a-part of making their destination wedding something truly special. Our wedding was wonderful, and I cannot thank Christine from Destination Weddings enough! Iberostar Rose Hall Suites that she highly recommended was the perfect resort for us. I am so happy we choose this resort as our final choice. For future brides, I highly recommend this resort. I had no worries about the travel aspect of our wedding planning because I knew Christine always had everything under control. She did an excellent job coordinating everything for our group & staying on top of all of the perks and promotions we were eligible to receive. I could not have been more pleased. Everyone’s travel and transport went smoothly, thanks to her! We cannot wait to plan our next trip with Destination Weddings. Thank you again!

Andrea C. is FABULOUS!!! She is very responsive to myself & my guests- navigating every question we have. She gives great recommendations & is very helpful. I am so grateful to have her during this process.

Save your money! Stay away!!!!!!!! Do not pay a deposit- hell try to convince your bride and grooms to not work with this company! I paid a deposit 5 days before Covid-19 shut down the world and traveling. Was told everyone would receive their money back. Been chasing a month and now being told can't get money back bc no insurance however I could still buy insurance? How does that work? I'm going to try to convince the Bride once she does get married after the world is back to normal to not go with this company. Complete ripoff.. Taking advantage of people during this time! Wow! Even asked if I could put the money towards the wedding when it does happen and was told nope it's gone. How is this company in business?
