Thank you so much for your 5-star review, Jazmine. We appreciate the kind words and wish you the best!
Carol, our “specialist”, is very unprofessional and cannot string together a full sentence without grammatical errors. She is constantly on weeklong vacations, while guests continue to wait for their refunds. She doesn’t care about the guests’ experience. We are in the middle of a pandemic and a refund of several hundred dollars is not something to put on hold. We are at 6 months now and still no refund. The company is shady as heck. Meanwhile it took less than 24 hrs to withdraw our money from our account last January.

Hi Cassandra, we regret to hear of your frustrations and are committed to addressing these concerns with your Specialist. We do see a representative from our Customer Relations Department has been in communication with you about the status of your refund. Please do not hesitate to follow up with them with any further questions you may have. We appreciate your patience and grace as we continue to work feverishly through this pandemic to ensure all customers are as satisfied as possible.

Simply amazing experience!! We originally booked through destination weddings for our wedding/honeymoon in the Bahamas but on short notice our hotel had closed due to covid. Our travel agent, Natalie was right on top of it and got our trip/wedding booked at a different resort in Cancun. The resort we stayed at was the RIU palace Las Americas. Nothing short of stunning! Due to the change in hotels, we were due a refund which was received within about 30 days. Natalie was responsive, kind and extremely accommodating. We enjoyed working with her. Thanks Natalie!!!!!!

Our wedding planner Sandra was amazing from the very start. She helped us select the most perfect location and made the entire process so easy. Due to the pandemic we had to postpone our wedding from November to February and Sandi made sure that every reservation and booking was handled. Sandi was even able to help me last minute when the snow cancelled our flight to DR! We had just about 30 people attend our wedding and everyone had a great time! I don't think I would have been able to plan the wonderful wedding we had without her! Thank you Sandi!

We got married January 9th 2021 in Cancun Mexico at moon palace. We worked with Marcia for over a year. She was great at helping us pick out the perfect resort and had great info on all the resorts. She responded to us immediately with any questions and concerns that we had. She eased our mind so many times about having our wedding during covid. I’m glad we continued the process because our wedding was a complete dream. Thank you so much Marcia Perkins!

Even though our destination wedding got cancelled, Cathy was such a pleasure to work with and really puts her clients first. She worked so hard and fought for all of us with Manulife to get our claims 100% reimbursed. She was very professional and friendly and was always available no matter what day or time. I would definitely recommend Cathy for any travel and will be using her again in the future! Thanks so much Cathy!!
