Hearing that you were injured while attempting to move your order into your office is distressing, and we hope you are resting and recovering well. This situation fails our standards on every level. While freight and curbside logistics can present challenges, leaving a 240-pound palletized delivery in the middle of a public street, in a red zone, and behind a parked car is completely unsafe and unacceptable. Furthermore, the dismissive comments made by our team regarding online furniture ordering do not reflect the care, accountability, or empathy we expect from our support staff. We take full responsibility for how poorly this was handle, both on the curb and on the phone. We want to investigate your case immediately, review the recorded calls, and step in directly to handle your return, full refund, and any ongoing concerns without adding any further burden or stress to you. A senior manager from our executive care team will be reaching out to you directly via email and phone to resolve this completely.
