The customer service was good but the ATM at Frys in Prescott Valley needs services more often. 1) Out of paper to give a receipt. 2) I went to withdraw money on the morning of May 5th and the machine was out of paper and MONEY!

Nick Mack took the time to really help me to open my account. Other banks would have opened the account and left me to navigate the online services. Nick was able to fill out my auto refi at the same time.
