App is outdated and ATM locations are non existing. Only can withdraw from Desert Financial locations otherwise you get charged out of network transactions fee.

I want to acknowledge my mistake with DF; Call it a senior moment or whatever I felt someone had charged at Walgreens but I was wrong and wish to apologize to DF and Walgreens this event; It was my own charge, i spaced. Sgh

Was Not told that my paper checks would not go through for up to 8 days. Having a job that pays in paper checks not having money right away is a real bummer. Wish my banker would have said something when setting up my account.

I waited a long time both times I went in to open an account. I asked to order checks. I called back and found out the checks had not been ordered. I deposited $12,000. I was told there would be a hold on the deposit. The service rep asked to see my balance for the account I wrote the check from. I showed him my balance. He said that he could release $500.00. I called back 2 days later because the $500 had not been released. He said he forgot and that he would release 1000 of the 12,000, I had deposited.

The banker was a bit confused on how long my funds would be held.

The customer service was good but the ATM at Frys in Prescott Valley needs services more often. 1) Out of paper to give a receipt. 2) I went to withdraw money on the morning of May 5th and the machine was out of paper and MONEY!

My full name could not appear on my debit card due to character limitation however never had that happen in all of my credit card and banking experience.
