The mounting bracket for the inside unit is not good quality

The service was great when purchasing my DELLA Serena Series 24000 BTU 22 SEER2 Mini-Split Heat Pump AC. The unit has not been installed yet. Waiting on new construction to be completed.

Great customer service, Mini split works great

I decided to have the install performed professionally. I believe the DYI instictikns were self explantory, but I hurt my shoulder just before the units arrived. Both went in seamlessly and bot units working well. Bery pleased. Rob Clements

Customer service at Della is outstanding. Joey helped me get a new replacement ac window unit after my original ac unit was defective. He was very professional and helped me reconcile by issue very promptly. I would recommend Della products because their support staff is excellent.

The electronics broke down.I called support Della,and they promised to send a technician,but I haven't heard anything back.We bought it on Amazon in October,and everything broke in January.I would like to return everything to the company Della

Customer service alone deserves five stars. Overall the whole process was great. No issues, fast response. Appreciate the employees just showing up for work.
