It was a lengthy process Della sending replacement parts and trying to isolate the issue. Make sure you register your unit it will make it easier to get the service going. Customer service was easy to get in touch with. A few emails and photos back and forth but not a real problem.

Service is where companies really differentiate themselves. My Della mini-split stopped working and I needed help fast. Sandra in tech support was patient with me while expertly walking me through the diagnostic steps. We determined which part was needed in short order. That information was then sent to Lizzie in Customer Support who quickly handled all the necessary arrangements to get the part on the way to me. She answered numerous questions for me and quickly got the part on the way to me. This all happened in one day. Very pleased!
