I needed an itemized invoice with the price of each item. Wish I had not had to reach out to get it, but was able to have one emailed to me.

Sorry you had to reach out, Mel. Glad we were able to get you what you needed!
I had purchased this item previously for another cell phone and it worked very well. The phone stayed securely inside the case. However, the glue on the back of the magnet that holds the phone in the case did not work this time - likely because it had deteriorated and was old. A new magnet was shipped to me but it suffers from the same defect. Disappointed.

Hi Susan, We are so sorry to hear the adhesive plates aren't sticking to your phone. We are happy to send some new ones out if you'd like to try again!
I was very happy with the excellent customer service, no problems to return a defective item even from Canada. Fast and efficient ! The earphones are very high quality. I will definitely buy again.

That is so great to hear! Thanks for sharing your experience!
Without question, immediately shipped replacement headphones when one end of the earphones snapped off since it is covered by warranty for a year. Pretty happy with the experience.

We are glad we were able to help you out!
I ordered a new case and didn’t get a chance to change my shipping so it was going to my Florida home. You generously shipped the same case to me at my Ohio home without extra charge! Great customer service.
