I am a longtime customer. I appreciate being able to speak with an actual person for my orders. The staff has consistently been nice, polite and patient with me.

I love all of my Defender Shield products and the blanket has been awesome. I tested the before and after with my meter and the reading below the blanket is exceptionally low!

I ordered the phone case on May 19, paid @94.10 and have not received my phone case on May 30. I'm not happy.

When you contacted us, we found that the original package was delayed because the apartment number was missing from the shipping address provided at checkout. Even though the address error was outside of our control, we wanted to make things right for you. We immediately processed and shipped a brand-new replacement case to your updated address completely free of charge. We hope you love the new case once it arrives, and please let us know if you need anything else!"
Helpful customer service. A restocking fee from years ago (which is no longer charged) was credited back at my request, and I put it toward a new set of earbuds to replace a pair of the older style that I was not happy with.

I never heard back about a need to return the Hat because the size was too small. It was not a regular medium it felt much like a small it did fit over my head completely.

Hi Beverly, we are so sorry for the silence! We did reply immediately, but the email on your form had a slight typo (ending in 778 instead of 777), causing our message to bounce. We have just sent a prepaid return label directly to your correct email address so we can issue a refund.
Great customer service. My last fanny pack was 6 years old but it got taken from my luggage. I replaced it and the new one started fraying about 5 months in. They replaced it promptly. I am very pleased.
