Sembra una barzelletta! Mi si guasta dopo soli tre anni il loro lavapavimenti top di gamma. Dopo diecimila informazioni richiestemi l’assistenza mi dice che non hanno i ricambi. Mi offrono il 10% di sconto. Rifiuto e li mando a quel paese. Mi scrivono offrendomi un usato ricondizionato s7. Dopo un viaggio fino a Bartolini 40 km da casa mia, consegno usato guasto come mi venne richiesto. Mi arriva oggi il sostituto! NON FUNZIONA. State lontani da questi incapaci! Non comprate Tineco per nessuna ragione. Grottesco

Habe am 08.06 26 eine Bewertung vo Tineco Support abgegeben. Nachdem ich hier meine Bewertung abgegeben hatte meldete sich kurzfristig Tineco.Da der Garantiefall trotz langer Wartezeit nicht schnell gelöst werden konnte (Ersatzteil)wurde mir nach mehreren Mails ein neues Ersatzgerät angeboten. Habe dankend angenommen. 4Werktage und es war aus Frankreich geliefert. So muss Support sein dann fühlt man sich als Kunde wahrgenommen

I accidentally through out a part to my vacuum. I called them up and because I purchased within a year they sent me a replacement part out immediately. It was such a pleasure to work with them.
