We are truly sorry to hear about your experience and appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback. This is certainly not the standard we aim to deliver. The condition of the flowers and the missing enclosure card are unacceptable, and we understand how disappointing and frustrating that must have been. While we arere glad we were able to issue a refund, we regret that this situation occurred at all. Your expectation of exquisite, fresh roses was completely reasonable, and we fell short. Please accept our sincere apologies. Best wishes, Emma
