Purchased as a Sympathy bouquet for a family member who lost her Mother. Delivery was spot on the day requested. We received a text including a picture of the flowers. She was touched. Her response was so gratifying, not the pat on the back, but that she felt supported and loved. David Austin Bouquets a universal language that is tangible. Bravo!!

The bouquet was beautifully and carefully packed and the flowers were gorgeous. Each flower was in great condition and it took only a little effort to make them look wonderful in a vase. The literature that arrived with the bouquet was informative and easy to understand.

This is certainly unusual as we expect all of our bouquets to last between five and seven days. Our Customer Service Team would be happy to look into this for you and will reach out to you to help resolve the issue. Best wishes, Emma
I’ve bought several roses as gifts over the last few years, and the recipients were all delighted. Ordering was easy and when I did have questions, the advisors are quick to respond and super knowledgeable. It was lovely visiting one who’s rose was in bloom and looked and smelt incredible. Will definitely be ordering from David Austin again.
