My cats have been eating Darwins for many years, and they have never disappointed us. Their products are always fantastic, and ships quickly. If there are any delays or disruptions in shipment, they are quick to send a replacement.

My cats love Darwin's, and do very well on it. It keeps them healthy so there are a lot less vet visits! If there are any problems with shipments ( rare) they deal with it quickly and satisfactorily . I would highly recommend.

We were having extremely hot weather here in Idaho and when my meat delivery arrived it was pretty much thawed. Darwin's immediately sent out a new order. Really appreciate it the quick customer service.

I would say when my dog food shows up completely defrosted the week I am leaving town and relying on this delivery, it's disappointing. This is also not the first time this has happened and you have no alternative for delivery. So, I am left with realizing that fir summer delivery Darwin’s are unreliable and I will have to manage my expectations
