Good did not arrive

My pets and I have been Darwin's customers for 10 years. My pets love their food. I love that I know I am feeding the best diet possible. They are all so happy and healthy. On top of food quality, Darwin's customer service is wonderful.

The meat has been consistently fresh for all the years that I purchased cat food at this company. The company is reliable, also consistent in excellent customer service, you get someone on the phone and not the answering machine. Deliveries are always on time and you are always informed well in advance in case you need to change the delivery date. Many thanks for keeping up with this quality of dedication for the pets and their owners!

My dog has just started a raw diet and loves his Darwin's! The individual packets make his feeding time easy too.

The dog likes the food. I like the packaging. Nice, flat packaging, easy to stack and store in the freezer. Always still cold when it arrives. Only complaint is that there aren't a lot of protein options. I'd like more variety, maybe pork or rabbit.

Premier quality of the pet food, organic options and no use of unhealthy fillers that often have negative long term effects on pets. Always delivers on time as well as providing veterinary advisory services.
