We have been on Darwins for just over 5 years. Any time we have questions or an issue, the people at Darwins have been incredibly helpful. The inconsistency of the chicken texture has been a problem for some of my cats. When it is very wet they will choose to skip their meal. The addition of duck and rabbit was a great hit for the cats. They even liked the poultry blend. Unfortunately the duck is no longer available and along with the blend. Also navigating the website has been a bit of a challenge Adding or adjusting my subscription. Typically I'll simply call to make it easier.

Food came still frozen. Love the 1/4 pound separations. Cats are still getting used to the new food. Was going to Hare Today.
