A very reputable company. They made a minor error, then contacted me to correct it. I wish more companies had such good service!

I had an issue with the package being lost. They immediately re-sent the order to replace everything that was lost. The original package was found and delivered. I offered to pay for the secondary package but the manager just recalled the package. Great group of people at Darts.com. Thanks Guys!!

After three attempts to get a product shipped from the big A (starting almost a month in advance), and three dismal failures, I turned in desperation to Darts.com. I had a dart event, and no board. Saw a reasonably priced board with a projected ship time that would work. Odered it on line - called to confirnm the shipping before I hit the final checkout button, and made the order. They were competent, fast and met their schedule. They made it look easy. I will definitely be using them from now on! And if you are from Darts.com, Thank you for making good on your sales talk!

Every thang was there all non damaged. The package did come a day late but that's no big deal. I'm sure all be ordering from them again soon!

We decided to get a board set for my birthday and started looking at recreation stored in our area. We set out on our journey with a set dollar we were going to spend on my gift. After looking at two local stores we were kind of sticker shocked at the price tags. We got home and I decided to search for a retailer online that dealt with these types of items. I was so glad to have found Darts.com! Most sites are clunky and are very confusing to navigate but our experience here had none of that. We ordered a board set, complete with cabinet and all the trimmmings, and an extra set of darts. Everything arrived well packed and had all documents to ensure that the set up time and difficulty would be easy. I will be looking forward to adding to our little rec room through Darts.com. I was having trouble placing my order online. I called in to place the order and a very personable representative took my order and payment, reviewed my order for accuracy within a few short minutes. A few days later my darts arrived. I've used them a few times already and am very happy with the quality and the price.

I would do business with again. It was simple and easy to get what I needed for my darts. Great prices and easy to find items. The stuff I wanted I couldn't find in a store so was told about this site from my uncle who purchases items here a lot.

If you are wanting a dartboard or accessories, seems like the place to go. the delivery was prompt and had plenty to choose from.
