I ordered the Arachnid Cricket pro 750 only to find out it does not work with steel tip darts. I had to return it for the Cricket Maxx 5.0 which accepts both types of darts. I was appalled that I had to pay $40.00 to return the item . When the company was made aware of my disappointment, they cheerfully volunteered to refund half the cost of the postage, which I considered more than fair. They wouldn't have had to do anything. SO IMPRESSED!!! A company that actually stands behind its' products and offers customer service. Thank you so much!

While looking for a new cricket board, I happened across this retailer. I scored a new dry-erase board, some new flights and shafts, and all is well. I do need to go back to their website to see if there are different shafts for some 20+ year old dart barrels I own, which have a larger thread diameter than the ones I bought, but other than that, I would definitely purchase from Darts.com again.

Product was supplied as ordered. Delivery was as a scheduled. Packaging was sufficient.

My experience with Darts.com was outstanding. To be more specific it was the customer service. My initial order, I put in the wrong weight for the darts. I e-mailed customer support and within an hour or two I was informed that the order was changed. I didn't need to do anything additional. When we received the order, one of the tips was not connected properly. I e-mailed customer service and the darts were replaced no questions asked. Some of the best customer service I have experienced. Because of this, I will buy from darts.com every time.

I bought 2 sets and the first time one set hit the floor the shaft busted on 2 of the darts on one set. Then the flights I ordered as an extra set tore

Padded path to dart board I just purchased was exactly what I needed. Plus it came when I needed it; on time for great dart game.
