The product I ordered was just what I expected, everything was in great condition and delivered when promised. Prices were excellent as well.

So I ordered some stuff for my new dart area in my bar that I built in the mancave. I ordered a board, cabinet, darts and flights. The board and cabinet I ordered from another vendor (O something.com) The board came but never got the cabinet, or an explanation, so I had to cancel that part of my order. The darts and flights I got from Darts.com. They came quickly and were exactly what I wanted except I ordered two sets and only got one. I called customer service who returned my call that day and said they would send the other set ASAP. I received it quickly as well. You guys know what customer service is about....I'm your new customer and O whatever.com has lost one. When I buy stuff online.....this is what I want to experience. Thanks guys!

Chris called and e-mailed me, and offered to make the situation right if I would be willing. I did not know it would be so simple to get the situation corrected. My new shipment is on it's way and I will plan to shop with this company again in the future and refer all my dart friends. Thank you and I will give you now 5 stars. :)
