Unable to access my plan I paid for. The only thing I can see is the website with general info. Have not seen where it is helpful in the least.

Your information about cycling is excellent. The diet book is very very useful. I wanted to change my bicycle program to have rest day on Sunday, but nobody replied ( it’s ok maybe you are in vacation) . I did not understand the zones while cycling , can you provide more information? Congratulations !!! Best regards Iacovos Sarrou

I didn’t get any communication. I didn’t receive anything from cycling diet after I signed up. It was a total waste of money.

I sent repeated emails and. And not once was either of them answered. Worst customer service ever experienced.
