I have been trying to cancel my subscription to no avail. No one can seem to help. Very poor service.

Not at all what I expected wish I hadn’t purchased but I guess I am stuck with it. Expected a structured plan and got nothing more than a hard to follow group of suggestions for what to do.

In this day and age, there should be an app. Logging on and figuring out a plan is time consuming. This is a waste of money.
