It was very simple with the calls with salesman Ed Mccormick, he help us with the specs of the trailer and was very direct with the answers. Then with the delivery because of the long commute to NYC, he made the deal happen. Ed GREAT JOB, we will be calling you again ASAP for another trailer. Talk soon and be safe, PCM Team

Mike Beach was my account manager, we purchased a new Freightliner 4x4 Aerial unit with Terex Elevator, offroad Forestry Package. Mike went the distance with us and was patient, professional and a man of his word every step of the way. We will be calling again when we are ready for another needed asset for the company. Thank you Michael Beach in Tampa, Fl. Location and Thank you Custom Truck One Source.

Custom Truck One Source exceeded our expectations. They met “Our Needs” when it came time to take delivery of our Terex 70. Our Michigan account representative took care of all the details to make our experience trouble free. Communication and transactions were timely and they backed up words with action! Would highly recommend this company to meet your business needs.

Richard Uribe, horrible service. I mentioned to him about the importance of working on loan. He didnt answer my calls, texts, or e-mails in a timely manner. I've opted to buy truck from another dealer.

Chris, I am so sorry you had a negative experience. This is not the service we strive for. I have absolutely forwarded this on to our Regional Sales Manager as well as Regional VP to look into the issue. We'll be reaching out to get more details. -JC
