Clayton, thank you so much for the kind words! I'm thrilled Neil was able to set you up. Don't hesitate to reach out if you need anything. -JC
Custom Truck One Source is great to work with! They were able to work with our situation being a new company and found financing that would work for a new truck. In spite of hiccups that occurred on our side, they continue to work with us to find success. We are currently working with them to find another truck. I highly recommend this organization!

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Purchased 2 brand new Peterbilt trucks from them. 1 came off the line not working. For the past 4 months my NEW truck has been sitting at Custom Truck waiting for the sensor...that is nowhere to be found. How many trucks are being sold that do not work or are waiting months on a part that come NEW off the line? My company is losing 5 figures a month because of this, while we still have to pay the monthly payment on a truck that is just sitting there. We have reached out to multiple people and no seems to understand the urgency or the seriousness of the situation. We continue to be told we are in the cue...tell that to the money I'm losing daily. Stop selling trucks NEW that do not work
