Custom PensReviews of custompens.com

This was my first custom pin and they came out so perfect!! Kalyn was so patient with my inexperience, and went back-and-forth with me a lot on my design and color choice to make sure I was 100% happy with the product. I can’t imagine many people would be as patient as Kalyn was! Thank you Kalyn!!

Morry was incredibly helpful and did the best work when helping us with our pin order! Our design process included a lot of edits and adjustments to the proofs we were provided due to feedback from our team, and Morry's patience and quick work made these pins an absolute hit at our retreat. I can't stress enough how amazing Morry's work on this project was!

First class service from start to finish Morry was very responsive and helpful and was always available to answer any questions that I had with my design Quality of the pins were of a very high standard highly recommended

Morry was an absolute beast of a customer service rep. I felt heard and understood, and I’m hoping to work with him for my next order as well, which should be coming in soon!! Amazing product and amazing service.
