Custom Packaging ProReviews of custompackagingpro.com

This marks our fourth year working with Custom Packaging Pro on our Valentine’s cookie boxes, and they continue to exceed our expectations. Jeff is always quick to respond, helpful with every detail, and delivers exactly when promised. We truly couldn’t ask for a better partner.

Beautifully crafted! Gratitude to Aslan and the Custom Pro team for assisting me with bringing my packaging vision to life. I absolutely adore the company. Professional, quality products, and quick turn around, perfect blend for my small business!

Great experience working with this Custom Packaging Pro. Max was extremely helpful and supportive throughout the entire process. The boxes turned out excellent with great quality and finish. Highly recommended for anyone looking for reliable and high quality packaging.

When we came across Custom Packaging Pro for our packaging needs, we were pleasantly surprised by how collaborative the entire process felt. Their team shared best practices and offered thoughtful recommendations throughout development. They also provided detailed design specifications — something their competitors didn’t offer. Working with Custom Packaging Pro felt more like having a dialogue, whereas other vendors seemed eager to simply move us along. When parts of our shipment arrived with defects, they were quick to respond, completely transparent, and ensured replacements were underway without hesitation. Their professionalism, patience, and commitment to resolving issues reinforced our confidence in working with them. We appreciate their consistency and care, and look forward to continuing our collaboration. We can't recommend Max and his team enough - you won't be disappointed.

Wow! Just received my orders from Custom Packaging Pro and every time, they exceed my expectations. All I can say is WOW! From the chocolate packaging, to the box, to the bags… the quality is superior and the printed design is so crisp and vivid (edges are clean, lines are well-defined, the colors popped perfectly, and there’s no blurring or fuzziness). I was impressed the first time, and this time around, you managed to exceed my expectations even more. As always, thank you Max and your team for the excellent service. Keep up the great work.

I rarely write reviews. Custom packaging pro are extremely professional, from first contact, until the delivery day. They are very fast in responding and in production, they provide amazing customer service, and the quality of the boxes is great! I was hesitating before working with them, but after I did, I am recommending them and will do it again!

Have been using them for a while now, I had a deadline I needed something by last minute, and they were able to have it delivered 2 days before. Didn't even think it was possible to have them that fast. Amazing quality, and above and beyond customer service.

I am an educator and designer who has been working to develop tools for the classroom for years now. Custom Packaging Pro originally got my attention because they were able to produce the smaller runs of the product that we needed. However, the reason I am so happy with this company is that they stuck with us for all the time and effort it took to get things the way we wanted them. The team at Custom Packaging Pro made sure that we were well taken care of and was always quick to get problems solved. Mike, I really want to say again how much I appreciated the work your team did for us.
