Natalie is amazing.

I purchased a trial kit and now I have been charged $91 for products I didn’t subscribe to. The weirdest thing is when I try to login to the account I created it says that they can’t find the user with that email address. Trying to get a hold of customer support is a pain too. They also have a policy that you can’t return products which means they will continue to charge my credit card for products I don’t want and I can’t return! Be careful with this company its a scam! Is this even legal?

Incredibly nice customer service! I never received my package due to UPS, and they immediately sent another and extended my next pay day. Have been using Curology for a while, and came back about two months ago after a year of not using it. It’s still the same great quality and great assistance!

I only purchased the trial kit 4 months ago and never received any notifications or alerts that I would be getting charged again. I was then charged $90 without my knowing for something I never ordered or subscribed to. It is also a very painful process to contact them or to cancel your subscription or account.
