I tried Curology after years of embarrassing acne and frustration with treatments that did nothing for me. It’s been a lifesaver! I go days without even thinking about my face, and makeup is now an option, not a necessity. My provider has been excellent to work with and extremely informative. Couldn’t recommend this more.

One day, I remember, crying my heart out because of my skin and then I was like “Now, now is the time to try that thing I see on instagram all the time.” I saw curology so many times on my feed and I was sure that it wouldn’t help me, because other products I saw and tried, they never helped me. When I took my quiz on curology, it showed me all the ingredients that were in my formula and also gave me articles about skincare. That made me feel really appreciated, so curology is an amazing service. At first, nothing really happened so you shouldn’t expect results right away. But after a few months, I started noticing that I barely get my breakouts. Wherefore, before I had breakout after breakout, I only get them once a month at most. I’ve been using it for 5 or 6 months, so there’s still a long way to go. But I definitely feel a lot more confident and it saves my money from going to the dermatologist! Thank you Curology, you’re changing my life!

I never struggled with acne, but I was instead looking to lighten some dark spots on my face and proactively prevent signs of aging. At first, I wasn’t sure if I was really seeing a difference in my skin, but I’ve been using the product for 8 months now and I actually see a difference! My skin is unbelievably smooth and soft. And some of my dark spots are lighter than they used to be. The results are definitely not overnight and I’ve changed my formula about three times so far. Each time, it gets better and my provider is super responsive. She’s actually the only person to correctly diagnose the hyperpigmentation on my face! I have been to so many in-person dermatologists who didn’t know what they were doing. Love the subscription element too, it’s easy to just set and forget. Customer service is great too! I wish they had a phone number but other than that they’ve resolved any issues I’ve had really quickly with minimal headache. Thanks Curology! Looking forward to looking 18 until I’m 73, lol.

It’s a scam. Paid for shipping for free trials been days and still no word about it being shipped or anything. Not only this but im pretty sure they exposed my card information. I haven’t ordered anything online in month but as soon as i upload my card on their site I saw 4 different online transaction from clothing store and reaturants I never made. It’s fraud, they will use your card information.

Please know that all credit card information is processed and stored in a secure third party service, stripe.com. Know we would never share or bill your payment information without your express consent. If you are seeing fraudulent charges, we recommend contacting your bank or card company immediately. We do require that an account be fully completed before a trial shipment can be sent. If it has been over 48 hours since you uploaded photos for your medical provider to review, we may require additional information for your prescription to be processed. The worse customer service I have ever received. I have been messaging them for weeks now about how I was ripped off with my curology cream that I only got to use 3 times because they didn’t fill it up all the way. I tried to reach them about 3-4 times in the past 2 weeks about my concerns with being ripped off and wasting my money for an empty bottle and I haven’t even got a response yet. It’s quite sketchy that they aren’t responding or even at least have sympathy for people. Yet I have gotten responses right away when I emailed them about changing my address. Really says a lot about people who clearly don’t know how to do their job and should just stay out of the field. I have never experienced something so unprofessional. Do not claim you care about your costumers if you dont have the decency to respond, quit your job.

Customer Service is the worst!! They take forever to reply and once you make a scene on social media they take down your info to make it seem like they're helping but nobody ever emails you. I love their products but I am very upset and how they neglect their customers. If you look at some of their Instagram comments, alot of people will comment the same experience, Customer Service simply does not respond.

This website is a scam. Refused to deliver after I gave credit card info. Slow response times and fake doctors. I would advise to stay away !!!!
