Fast Response, excellent customer service!!!

Yes competitive priceing mean something but diligence of staff means more ... your staff member Rickey goes beyond measure ... take notice you have a star employee amongst your group ... give her a raise Aristotle Alafouzos Jenkinson's General Manager 300 Ocean Ave Pt Pleasant Bch NJ 08742

We had purchase so items and they arrive on time. As we were taking them out of the box we noticed that two of the items were defective. I called the customer service department and they asked me to email them pictures of the defective product, I did and they promptly emailed and called me that they were sending replacements to me in the mail at no charge and to just throw the defective items away. Three days later I had the replacements. Great Job.

It took 3-4 phone calls plus emails to get my order right. At first, the order did not ship at all, then only one of two products in the order shipped. Each time there was a delay in getting it right. Most likely I will not order from your company again.

fast shipping, good service
