Bad people and liars is all this company is…
Bad people and liars...this company is full of both. I ordered a 6k piece of equipment for my restaurant which the website and sales rep confirmed they had stocked. My sales rep reached back out and said because I made a special order item it would be delayed by 4-6 weeks, except I ordered it stock just the way they all come. I informed her of this only to be lied to once again. I asked for a simple call from a manager and was given no respect, no call and had to wait 5 weeks for something I could have ordered from any other company. Worst equipment experience in over 15 years of running my restaurant. You have been warned about these bad people...

Thank you for taking the time to share this. I'm sorry your experience fell so far short of what you should expect from us. You're right that our website listed this item as shipping in 3–4 days. When your order was placed, the manufacturer told us the item was actually made to order. That gap is on us, and we're working to fix how stock and lead times show on our site so it doesn't happen again. Once we learned about the delay, our team pushed the manufacturer to expedite it, and your unit shipped within 2 weeks. We know that's still much longer than you were promised, and apologize for any frustration caused. We tried calling you as requested, but the call was stopped by your call-screening service. We followed up by email and didn't hear back, so I'm sorry we never got to talk. We'd still welcome that conversation, and I know our customer experience team is actively reaching out. I hope we can make things right and give you the real Culinary Depot experience in the future.
