Crua Outdoors has a simple mission: build the world’s most comfortable, strongest tents, and send them out into the wilderness to give hunters and campers the best night’s sleep they’ve ever had outdoors. The secret? Our patented insulation technology. Head off on a hunting excursion, fishing trip or an outdoor family adventure, and we’ll keep you warm in the winter and cool in the summer. All year round, it’s a dark, quiet and comfortable tent. Our original was one heck of an over-engineered tough tent, so we built a few more Crua products – a lightweight Crua tent for your backpack, a six-person Crua for your mobile base camp, a three-person Crua for short stays, and a semi-permanent Crua for large groups. Years of fault free service in the most challenging weather conditions. Guaranteed.

Thank you for the quick link to product instructions!! It would be even better if they were on your web site! :)

Hi Judi, Thank you for your feedback. It is true, that we lack some of the instructions, and we apologize for that. We are working on having all of them on the website. :) Have a great day! CRUA
I placed an order with Crua and worked with Jessie. He called me and took care of everything. Jessie not only looked into my issue but made sure to message me back when I did not get back to him. That is so rare these days to have such incredible customer service. He went above and beyond to make sure I received my coupon. Also, the product quality is amazing. I am looking forward to camping now.

Thank you so much for your review! We are always happy to help! Happy Camping, CRUA Team
Best blanket I've ever owned / hope to own. Stiching did not hold up well to repeated but careful machine washes - (after almost 2 years of almost nightly use). Emailed support - my request resulted in request from Crua for photos. Shortly after receiving them free warranty replacement was authorized. New blanket coming in new order box. No need to return old one. (Lying comfortably under it now)!

Jesse was attentive, helpful, and so flexible to work with me with special orders, cancelling and changing orders, and getting more information for me with a new product. I'm extremely happy with his customer service!

Hi Julie, Thank you for your kind words! We are really happy we could help you! :) Best, CRUA Team
I love Crua tents, and the support was great but they had advertised their lightweight tent at the wrong weight (it double what it was supposed to weigh). They were very sorry and have put that right now and refunded me but it was a waste of time.
