I was really impressed with the support they provide in help setting up the camera. I would recommend purchasing the 360 Crorzar system. Camera works great and like the idea I can check on my dog and apartment anytime. Fast delivery and good support.

Does not notify me . Ends up pointing to the ceiling most of the time.

Hi Doug, Those are both things that can be adjusted in settings. If you need help please give our tech support a call at 855.700.2482 option 3 and we'd love to help. Or you can check out our youtube channel for some helpful videos. The "Set Watch" function is what you want to adjust. Sounds like you have motion tracking enabled. When that is enabled, the cameras returns to a default position after a certain amount of time. You can change that default position by navigating the camera to the desired position and hitting "Set Watch" in the app.
Very easy to setup, and love the great video/picture quality

I love the camera, but the instructions are very hard to follow. Please rewrite and put it in steps as how to operate. Thanks, Terry
