Our sign came prompt and as advertised. The sizing was absolutely perfect. The fact that it wasn’t a neon didn’t take away from the charm and made it so easy to move and transport without worry. The sign certainly made our wedding picture’s special!

The response time was great! I would give 5 stars if you would’ve given electrical details and information about installation. I love that there’s a dimmer switch which was a surprise!

Thanks for your feedback, we will try to create a user manual carrying basic installation details. As we create custom signs every sign require different handling, so we can't create a standard manual for the same. But we will try to create some basic to provide user an idea.
Very easy to work with. Great communication and they were committed to delivering exactly what I was looking for. I would highly recommend.

Well-constructed product. Company persisted until we got exactly what we wanted. Fits perfectly in our window (front-facing indoor sign looking of first floor office).
