Poor quality, materials and workmanship
Purchased the neon sign for the outdoors and it should’ve come with proper water proofing and good quality materials. The water seals were broken, the cable materials was very poor quality and the colors were different from the light to the controller (white) and from the controller to the power supply (black). Disappointed with the workmanship and overall quality.

Our team is committed to working with you to find the best solution. Regarding the wires, we use a transparent wire that is UL approved for our signs. This wire blends well with the sign's background when hung or mounted, ensuring aesthetic harmony. The black wire from the power supply to the power outlet is an industry-standard wire.
