I have purchased 3 separate products from Crazy Neon. ( and I am in the sign business in Billings Montana. ) I will continue to do so. The craftsmanship is outstanding, the communication is BETTER than the other companies. Their prices are awesome and fair. But most of all, they are courteous, FRIENDLY, and professional. I would give this company 6 stars if I could.

Crazy Neon delivers customer service at the highest level. As repeat customers, we recently moved from a custom indoor sign to an outdoor one, and the product, the service, the aftermarket support, and the extra mile they went all exceeded our expectations. Team Crazy Neon has earned our business and our enthusiastic endorsement for decades to come.

The Crazy Neon team is second to none! They are incredibly responsive over email and are quick address questions. Their team provided me with 10+ mock-ups as i changed my mind about sizes/colors/logos. Their patience with my indecisiveness made this an incredible experience. I recommend Crazy Neon to everyone who compliments my neon sign!
