I bought my sign almost a year ago and didn’t open it until just this week only to find it wouldn’t light up. I contacted customer service and they immediately went in to help mode. They replaced the adapter and I am in business with a beautiful neon light thank you so much for your excellent customer service. I super appreciate it.

I reached with a short turnaround project. I sent in a few pictures with dimensions and they matched the drawing on the first try with the mockup. They were able to expedite the creation and delivery to make it in time for an event. The quality is excellent and I couldn't be happier with the purchase and customer service!
