I have nothing but great things to say about Crawford Espresso. I was on the fence of buying a Mahlkonig e64ws, and their team answered all my questions to the point where I felt confortable with the decision. The machine itself has been great! After sales has also been great, as I've received both an email and a phone call confirming my order, and that it would be shipping soon. Package also arrived one day earlier than expected. In a world where it feels now everything is AI and automated, it's nice to feel there's a team of human beings that care about your needs. Will definitely be buying from Crawford Espresso again!
