The hash brown casserole recipe has been changed and NOT for the better! It's just cheese and bacon and smoke flavor. Disgusting. The breading on the chicken fried chicken was overwhelming--thick and pasty. The biscuits were hard, the cornbread dense and salty. The outgoing CEO screwed up the menu and everything else. It's a terrible shame that the Board of Directors accepted her dismal leadership for too long. The order was ready on time but that's the only positive I can leave.

Was there last weekend was treated very poorly by the staff in alma, ar. Ur staff never came back to get our food order two disabled senior citizens got tea and water never came back no straws no food order 20 min later no food I was so mad I told the manager no offer to make it better either whoever doesn't wanna work shouldnt be there we drove from ft smith to eat there my friend is on dialysis sad and very hurtful he was weak and no food no excuse either

My Online Store Purchase I made an online purchase June 11, 2026. The money was taken out of my account on 6/17/26. June 26th I tried to reach customer service to figure out if the order had shipped because online it said "completed". The response I received was "I've checked the order status, and it's showing as complete. I suggest you wait for the email with your tracking information." An email NEVER came. I reached out today, August 5th, I've still never received the order that I paid for and the response I received again is "I have checked and your concern has already been escalated. The team is working on it and you will receive an email from them as soon as possible." I tried to start a return right from my order history screen and it can't locate my order. BEYOND LIVID...THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE which I also let them know. You can't speak to anyone even when calling corporate!

Had lunch at Greenville Al Wednesday July 29, 2026 Waitress was excellent, she should be training waitress across the country I think her name was milessa or milinda young lady long braided hair glasses. She was the best server I've had in a long time including fine dining The food was very good, hot well prepared but it was served perfectly salad first then entre tea was constantly monitored....most pleasant dining experiences if had in a long time.

Worst service and food I ever had at a Cracker Barrel. 5 in restaurant and 1 go order, took @1 hour to receive food which was lukewarm at best and not good. Service was terrible i.e. asked for ketchup at beginning of meal never got, glasses stayed empty and when got refills served wrong beverage. Will never go to another Cracker Barrel again.

I ordered the chicken strips to and my wife, who has Celiac disease asked for an intact baked potato in order to eliminate cross contamination. The order was to go from the store in Sturbridge, MA. The potato was undercooked. The biggest complain was the rubbery, inedible chicken strips. There was maybe 10% that I could actually eat (with great difficulty). We have been to many Cracker Barrel stores from Pennsylvania down to Florida and the food has always been excellent. One more experience like this, no matter where we are, will be our last to ANY Cracker Barrel. Who ever took over the company is running it into the ground, going by our , and other’s, experiences.

My family and I are frequent customers at the Cadiz, KY location and we always request ADRIANA as our waitress! We have actually left if she is not working and will wait if she doesn’t have a table available. She is the absolute best! We have been requesting her for a couple years now. She ALWAYS has a smile on her face and a positive attitude, very sweet and kind! It is very rare to find someone so young that is as amazing as she is at her job!
