They need to change their chicken receipt back the way it used to to be

This will be the first time I was told by the person behind register where to grab my to-go bag. Usually the person will retrieve the bag for the customer. Probably because I did not tip for the to-go order. I found it off putting because that’s their area not the customers area. Whatever

HORRIBLE DELIVERY SERVICE.....you choose the option to deliver HOT FOOD to HAND TO PERSON, NOT dump it at door step, and what do they do? They don't knock, they dump the bags on the pavement in the HOT SUN and when I finally realized it was out there, it was covered in ants!!! I wrote and said I wanted a refund for this no uneatable food (that cost me over $40) and their reply?...they send me a USELESS coupon that must be used 'in' their store, after i told them I was never shopping this co. again! I hope they go under...they certainly don't deserve to stay in business the way they treat customers, where all they care about is the 'bottom line$$'.....I will spread the word as to their HORRIFIC DELIVERY PRACTISES and not even caring to fix the issue!

We went there for breakfast. Our favorite selections were gone. Also gone was the biscuit and cornbread basket. The coffee was awfull! Sorry - you have lost us forever! There are much better breakfast places.

The fried chicken we ordered tasted and looked it had been cooked for hours. It just had that "leftover" taste. Was not hot. I should have suspected something when our plates appeared 5 minutes after we ordered. The veggies were okay and the corn bread was good but I will not be going back. That CEO you just paid off to leave really did massive damage to your food and reputation. Our server was very attentive and polite. We rewarded his service.

Cracker Barrel, you've been a trusted friend for 40 years and could always be counted on for friendly service and great food. Sadly, that's no longer the case. I've given you chance and chance over the past couple years and you've let me down time after time. Today was the last straw with poor quality food and terrible service. Goodbye for good as you've lost my business permanently.

We were greeted by a smiling face, acknowledged within minutes, had drinks and food within 20 minutes. Charisma was a fantastic server. She was very attentive and made sure to repeat our order. She made sure we were satisfied with everything. It was amazing.

I rarely complain as a business owner we can have a bad day. This was so bad my wife and I could not eat it. Not like it use to be.
