Haven't had any problems with service... However, billing and paying are another story... I am unable to process my monthly bill or see my account for accurate accounting of my account payments on-line... I'm not satisfied with this at all... I am actually considering changing my security service over this issue alone...

I love the fact that I know when someone enters and leaves our house and that I can lock or unlock the house from my phone. Convenient and everyone has been knowledgeable when I have had to call the office.

I have unpleasant service with them. I have been try my best to reach them to solve the problem. The alarm system in my house gave us alarms indicating there is a breakthrough the garage door at midnight. One body was at home, so we had to call policeman to go there for a check. I got invoice statement for calling them to check the false alarm. The system gave too many false alarms that I got $140 fine for the false notification from local sheriff office. I did not see any intention from the center of Crime Prevention Security Systems to solve my issue so far. I wrote my experience here to warn other customers or potential customers.
