Very expensive for what it's doing which isn't much as the delay between alerting someone something is wrong is too long

I have received excellent customer care. However, the CPSS equipment has quite a few issues with mechanics, sensors that don't work properly and the Skybell rings every 30 minutes and there is NO ONE at my door. These issues need attention.
