Poor Communication and customer service. Tried to resolve a problem with Chris (manager of Orlando Office) but was never able to reach him or have him return a call. Still dealing with the aftermath.

Watch what you sign and read the fine print. In middle of getting sorted out, will update as things progress.

Our location and house design made it difficult to maintain connection with the company, rendering the system useless in case of emergency. It took lots of calls and service visits but we think a successful solution was finally found. We tried to be patient and your staff was, too, as they found creative solutions.
