We have been a customer for almost 2 years. Feel secure with this company. They handle any problems quickly to make sure their customer feels valued and safe.

So far excellent with no problems. Nee to have cameras.

Only demerit I can see is their passive approach to their customer base. As there are technology advances and updates, it would be nice to actually hear about them from the experts, and they are the experts. I would appreciate a call regarding my security system and how something new would add value to my system. Show me , I just might be interested. No contact, no interest.

We have not had any problems with our system. If any issues I am called right away.

Love the accessibility of the system via the phone app. It really puts my mind at ease to be able to check the status of the alarm and all doors and windows while traveling. Also, I can assign my pet sitter her own code and get notifications when she uses it so I know exactly when my kitties have been checked in on!

Very overpriced for an extremely basic system with unsophisticated keypad. Locked into 3yr. Contract. Will go to something like Vivint once term is over..

Mere fact that i am notified when the door is opened and the time.Front entrance door a well as garage. It makes me feel more secure.
