Your person never returned my request for information about a system to identify who was at our door.

I am disappointed in Crime Prevention. We have an alarm system with them for our business which has been great. I love the app that can control the alarm. I recently received an email from them that advertised a remote door access for businesses. I called an inquired about it because we had been talking about getting one. A sales man came out and did nothing but discourage me from getting one. He gave me 10 reasons not to get it and also said that the lock that was advertised in the email was for residences only and would not work on my door. The email clearly stated in several places that it was intended for businesses. I called to complain and spoke to the owner. She apologized and told me that the email should not have been sent out. she also said that it was a mistake and only said business in one place that should have read residence. She and another sales associate came out to my business "to make it right" and see what they could do. I was told that they would do some research and see if they could put a lock on my door. I have never heard from them again. That was at least 3 months ago. Extremely disappointed in their business practices and follow up.
