Crime Prevention Security SystemsReviews of cpss.net

Very knowledgeable tech.

Although the service from Crime Security has been good, their accounting and billing system is either designed to take advantage of the customer or really is a bad accounting system. They continue use to bill three months in advance which then reflects the balance due for other two months - both of which are future service fees. We will be canceling this service at the end of our contract.

Professional and efficient!

Ben is an outstanding salesperson, down to earth, and he got along with my dog, (my dog is very protective). Ben explained everything I was getting installed to a tee, with nothing left unanswered. Then there was Landon, very professional, answered all my questions without hesitation, very knowledgeable about the system he installed for me. I could not be more pleased with the whole process form the time Ben came in my door, to when Landon walked out my door. Thank you very much. OUTSTANDING

So far so good no major problems just getting to know the system.

I asked the cost of replacing the battery and was told $30. What they didn't disclose is the $92 for a half hour service fee. Worse, I was told at that visit I'd need a new updated alarm.com module within the year - $99. I asked if there was any advantage to including the installation while they were here for the battery to save a service fee. The answer was no, the $99 is complete, there is no additional service fee. What crap. And this is exactly why I didn't submit this review when you rushed the survey to me the day after you were here - before I had all the facts. The bill with the additional $92 for service arrived today - three weeks later. Now the story is complete.

Good advice, excellent install for upgrade and repair.

The System has been incredibly easy to use.
