Hi Sonia, thanks so much for the 5-Star Review and your kind words about Jeff. We appreciate it!
Nilson Hernandez was dispatched to my home today - to resolve a small issue with my Crime Prevention Security Systems’ alarm system. I was thankful that Mr. Hernandez was the Service Technician - today - because of his previously outstanding customer service. Also, I appreciate CPSS’s consistency in prompt responses to my infrequent system issues. Admittedly, today’s constant beeping was self-imposed! Once again, Mr. Hernandez was efficient, knowledgeable, professional, and instructive. No more beeping and I learned how to better understand the phone app! Thank you, CPSS!

Nilson was an excellent service person; prompt, courteous; good natured as well as explaining all of his work and the security issues I had. I actually learned more about my system that I was unaware of because of his thoroughness. Don't lose him as a employee; hope you treat him as well as he treated me. and hope he is always my service man.

Nilson Hernzandez updated our security system and changed all batteries. He explained everything he did and answered all the questions we had about the system. And there were many. He is a very personable and friendly, as well as a very competent man. It was a pleasure to get to know him.
